Business Analyst - Finance Digitalization

You enjoy understanding how finance processes and technology work together. You are analytical, curious and proactive, and you like working with both business users and technical teams in an international environment.

In addition, you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Systems Analyst or in a similar finance technology role.
• Experience within an international corporate organisation or shared service environment.
• A solid understanding of finance processes and the technology that supports them.
• Experience gathering business requirements, analysing processes and supporting system improvements.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, implementations or application support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work with stakeholders across different countries and disciplines.
• An innovative mindset with an interest in digital transformation and AI technologies.
