For NBCUniversal in Amsterdam, we are looking for a fulltime Business Analyst to join the Virtual Workforce Centre of Excellence. In this role, you will help shape the future of Finance by analysing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting automation initiatives using technologies such as AI, machine learning and RPA.
As a Business Analyst, you will play an important role in analysing and improving Finance processes across Global Finance Operations. You will work closely with stakeholders from different countries, understand current ways of working and translate business needs into practical improvement opportunities.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analysing and documenting Finance processes across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report;
- Gathering business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops;
- Supporting future-state process design and conducting fit-gap analyses;
- Identifying opportunities for standardisation, automation, digitalisation and AI-driven improvements;
- Creating clear process documentation, business requirements and improvement roadmaps;
- Acting as the link between Finance teams and technical specialists to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
You are analytical, curious and enjoy solving complex business challenges. You communicate easily with different stakeholders and are able to translate business needs into practical solutions.
In addition, you bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, within Finance Operations, Process Improvement or a similar international environment;
- Affinity with Finance processes and continuous improvement;
- Experience with process analysis, requirements gathering and process documentation;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- An interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies that improve business processes
